Needham, MA- Exterior Addition
We created a one car garage and pool house for this client that would transition smoothly into their backyard and pool area. Because they had already planned for the location of the pool we needed to find the best solution for the location of the new addition, while paying attention to set backs. It was important that the structure look as if it was always there, so materials and selections needed to be matched or closely related. They also wanted to update their main side entry which is across from the new garage. Close attention to architectural details for this space was important too. -Created for or in collaboration with New England Design & Construction-
